What You Need to Know About Business Magazine

American City Business Journal is an American weekly newspaper chain based in Charlotte, NC. ACJ publishes over six different brands, which collectively reach more than four hundred thousand readers per day: The Charlotte Business Journal, The Charlotte Independent, The Charleston Independent, The New York Times, The Atlanta Business Chronicle, The Charlotte Sun, and The Carolina Journal. ACJ also publishes over five hundred news magazines, as well as numerous online and printed journals and newsletters.

ACJ is based on the premise that in a community, an individual or group of people will have access to many viewpoints from a variety of different groups. These viewpoints will be informed by the experiences of one person or group, which can then be interpreted by a second set of individuals who have had similar experiences. This process allows for a group of different groups to share their experiences, views, ideas and opinions.

The American City Business Journal is owned by three separate companies. These companies are the North American Newspaper Publishers Association (NASPA), the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Media and Telecommunications Association (CMTA), and the Charlotte-based National Business Group Association (NBGA). All of these organizations are subsidiaries of the parent company, American City Business Journal Publishing Company. In addition, the magazine is distributed by The North Carolina Office of Public Sector (OCPS) which is also owned by the NCPOA.

ACJ has offices in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. It is published at various times of year, except the winter months of January and February when it is published at the beginning of the school year.

American City Business Journal was founded in 1948 in New York City. Although the journal has been around for several years, its roots go much deeper than this. The name was derived from a local political debate about which publication to use in a town in North Carolina, and the publication began as an ad-hoc publication with no circulation guidelines. Later, the publication was taken over by the NCPOA, which was formed to ensure that all publications across the country were operating in an ethical manner and meeting the needs of all communities.
